🌟 Organizational Development for International Cooperation 🌟 📢Yesterday marked an extraordinary milestone as I had the privilege of hosting the second part of my master class on organizational development in nonprofit organizations within a further education programs for #Syrian professionals in Germany. The energy and enthusiasm for the topic in the room were truly inspiring! 🌍✨ ✨ Mastering Organizational Development in nonprofit organizations✨ Within the 9-month educational program for Syrian professionals in Germany, I delved deep into organizational development. Thanks to the organizations leading this program for having me - GNE Witzenhausen, Deutsch-Syrischer Verein e.V. (DSV), and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH. Being part of this program has been an absolute pleasure and I am looking forward to my next masterclass in this program on #Agile management and leadership in development cooperation. 💡 Unveiling the Path to Success 💡 During the master class, we explored a range of vital topics essential for thriving nonprofits. Together, we delved into the basics of assessing capacities, setting priorities for organizational development, and determining appropriate interventions in diverse settings. 🤝 Collaborating for Social Transformation 🤝 In the context of social transformation within the nonprofit sector, I firmly believe that organizational development of local partners is key.
